Who is eligible for this program?
This offer is available to small businesses (fewer than 50 employees) who are not existing Nextiva customers and who have an on-premises phone/communications system that is impacted by the current wildfire activity in the Los Angeles, California metropolitan area.
What’s included in the program?
Eligible new customers will not be charged the base Nextiva Core or Engage plan license fees (excluding taxes, fees, surcharges and usage charges) for up to 12 months for up to 50 users, when signing a 36-month or longer minimum term agreement contract (for 12 months free and 24 months paid).
Customers will be able to cancel the service for any reason during the first 12 (free) months. Usage charges, fees for additional services and/or devices, and associated taxes and fees incurred or purchased during the 12 free months will still be due and payable monthly. No phones or hardware are included in this offer.
I’m already a Nextiva customer. Am I eligible for this offer?
Existing customers are not eligible for this offer. If you are a Nextiva customer who has been impacted by the fires and need help or have questions, please reach out to us: support@nextiva.com; (800) 285-7995.

Offer available to new customers with up to 50 users located in the Los Angeles, California metropolitan area impacted by the current wildfire activity (as determined by Nextiva in its sole discretion) signing a 24-paid month or longer minimum term agreement (cancelable during the first twelve (12) months from sign-up without early termination fees). Eligible new customers will not be charged the base Nextiva Core or Engage plan license fees (excluding taxes, fees, surcharges and usage charges) for up to twelve (12) months. Usage charges, fees for additional services and/or devices, and associated taxes and fees incurred or purchased during the 12-months will still be due and payable monthly. No phones or hardware are included in this offer. Waived months of service fees require a corresponding extension to the total contract length.
